How to Get VA-Approved In-Home Care

VA in-home care is part of the Standard Medical Benefits Package. Enrolled veterans can take advantage of Homemaker and Home Health Aide (H/HHA) services.

To get started, talk to your VA doctor or care team. They’ll assess your needs, and if in-home care is approved, you can request Free Air Life, Inc. as your provider.

  • Be enrolled in VA health care
  • Have a clinical need for help with daily activities
  • Receive a doctor’s order for services
